Parenting Playgroups is a fun and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.  Our Children's Programs are led by caring and experienced professionals under the direction of Dr. Rene, and include the following offerings:

Our two-hour, drop-off Preschool Play program introduces children to play skills, where they learn to share, follow directions, and take turns.

Dr. Rene’s Play & Workshop Series provides a shared learning experience for moms and children. This two-hour weekly program includes a Parenting Topic Workshop - there are 38 different topics – and open Q&A time with Dr. Rene, while the children are enjoying preschool play activities with the teachers. To balance the learning and playing, you also get to share an art activity or open play time with your child.

The Beginner’s Play program allows you to enjoy fun and bonding activities with your child, connect with other parents, and leave the clean up to us!

Our new Manners Boot Camp, led by Dr. Rene, will help teach your children manners in a fun and effective way.

Looking for something fun to do? Parenting Playgroups also offers Drop-In Play with no advance registration required. Just come in to our Alexandria or Falls Church locations at any of the scheduled dates and times, and enjoy some play and art activities in our fun preschool setting.

We can also host your child’s fun, preschool themed birthday party.
